Carol Ackerman, our HOA property manager, has notified us of her intention to resign effective September 6th. We are sad to see Carol leave us. The HOA Board wants to thank Carol for the time she spent with us improving our community.
Please stop by the amenity center to say goodbye to Carol and thank her for the work she has done for us.

Many of you probably have already heard that there was a fire on Saturday night in our community. The preliminary report indicates that lightning was the cause of the fire. The official cause of the fire, from the fire department, is pending as of the writing of this email.
Fortunately all the homeowners are physically OK and there were no fire related injuries.
There was extensive interior and exterior damage to one home. Two other homes have smoke and/or water damage.
The HOA will be working with the homeowners to assist as we work through the remediation and rebuilding process. We have been in contact with our insurance company and insurance adjusters will be assessing the damage and giving direction for repairs. Click Full Story for more detail.
