Community Update

All the active mailboxes are on Creekway and Colton. This is temporary. We're working with the post office to come up with a plan to put individual boxes in the community next to the homes they will service. At this time, we do not have a timeline. Working with the post office is a process. All safety, delivery, and regulations must be in line before the boxes can be moved.

The new construction at what was the front of the community continues. Our irrigation city water supply line from Hebron has been removed. Fortunately, this will not impact the individual metered water lines for Haskell. Unfortunately, we now have no irrigation water on Haskell. Our landscape team is diligently working to resolve the problem. They estimate a minimum of one week and at most 2 weeks to resolve the issue provided the city does not require additional permitting. We have been blessed with plenty of rain, hopeful it will continue until the irrigation is repaired.

The mirror and window repair in the clubhouse has been rescheduled for October 12th.
