    Over the past few weeks we have received several garbage can complaints from several residents. Trash cans are to be stored out of public view. Placing your trash can next to the garage is not authorized. Trash can regulations are below. Trash cans must be put away to comply with both city and HOA regulations.   • Door Maintenance

    We are now ready to begin Door Maintenance! Miracle Doors of Dallas will be refinishing the doors in our community. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the doors. Miracle Doors of Dallas offers other services homeowners may purchase: weather stripping replacement, door sweeps, interior door staining and more, special discounts available on some items.

  • Community Update

    All the active mailboxes are on Creekway and Colton. This is temporary. I’m working with the post office to come up with a plan to put individual boxes in the community next to the homes they will service. At this time, I do not have a timeline. Working with the post office is a process. All safety, delivery, and regulations must be in line before the boxes can be moved.

  • Fall Maintenance Projects

    Fall Maintenance projects are beginning! We have quite a few. The fences around the common areas and on Haskell, Creekway, and Cedar Elm will be serviced for maintenance. A portion of the fence around the pool will be replaced. Various companies will be walking the community to evaluate the doors. A list of doors to be serviced will be posted once all bids are in. The Clubhouse window and gym mirror are schedule to be repaired October 7th.

  • Mailboxes Relocation Update

    The mailboxes will be moved Monday October 3, 2016. The new site will be Creekway and Colton. Please remove all mail from your box by Sunday evening. The lettering and numbering of the boxes will remain the same.

  • Mailbox Location Change

    The new location for the mailboxes will be the parking lot at Cedar Elm and Dexter. The new site is being prepared now. Once the site is inspected and approved by the United States Postal Service the boxes will be relocated. Please continue to remove all mail daily. We will update you as we receive new information.

  • Mailbox Location Change

    The location of the mailboxes will change this week. In an attempt to expedite this we ask that you please retrieve all your mail that is in your box by the end of the day tomorrow, August 30. Once the new location for the mailboxes has been secured we will send out notice via email. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with this matter.

  • Open Space Activities

    It has come to our attention that the open spaces in and around the HOA are being used for dirt bike and ATV activities. Please note that this area is private property and such activity is not allowed. No person is permitted to operate an ATV/UTV or similar motorized vehicle on the Association's roads or common areas. No person shall operate an ATV/UTV within the common areas in a manner that may endanger any other person within the Association or damage any home or improvement within the Association.

  • Mail Delivery Update

    Published: April 29, 2016

    The Post Office has decided to assign and deliver the mail to the new boxes on Tuesday May 3, 2016. All residents will need to get keys for their new mailbox. Legacy Southwest will be assisting the post office by distributing the keys. We will try to make this go as smoothly as possible. As the Post Office provides us with more information we will update you. For now, we are planning to hand out keys Tuesday afternoon and evening. Key handout will start after the mail has been delivered and end at 7:00pm.
